Seriously, though, I usually figure if it's around 100F outside in, say, the US or China, then I can assume it's about 37.5C (or whatever the actual conversion is). 100F is really hot. 70-80 is mildly warm, 60-70 is nice (these are my opinion), 80-90 with good humidity is good storm-producing temps in Iowa.
In Shanghai, even 25C is uncomfortable because it's so humid - feels like a sauna out there
