What caused the cooler than average summer in 2006
The past 2 summers have been scorchers , (I know I am talking about the complete opposite now) but I remember a few years back I can't pinpoint the year, it could have been 2006 ? and summer was actually more like Hobart, 22deg in January 8 deg below average max temps, everyone was saying when would summer arrive and it was actually cold. The coldest in 40 years or not cold but coolest in 40 years. I think January was anyway. I am wondering what actually caused it to be so mild ? in December and January.
