Heatwave Survival
Post your survival guides here, be it duct taping ice bricks to a fan, having a waterfight (share your tactics too
) or just sleeping in the freezer ghetto - style
Anyway. How do you get through these sorts of things?

I just get on with things as normal.
Up the liquids and if extreme fluid loss is going down, then some electrolytes. (not the junk electrolytes sold in deli's though. They're shit)
Some salt and honey in the water if electrolytes can't be sourced. That is, I've run out.
