Reparing broken/cracked anemometer cups

Postby Pete » Sat Sep 24, 2011 8:19 pm

Hi guys. One of the cups on my anemometer has busted. Does anyone have anyone have any idea on how to repair it without affecting the balance? Or maybe if I can somehow get a new anemometer part? I have a La Crosse Ws1600IT model, just so you know.

There is a post somewhere nearby this thread that has where to get the bits from that the folks you buy from get them.
On EBay somewhere.

Otherwise some cut out egg cartons and pipe cleaners just might do the job. :D

Would be pointless to try and repair it.
Have a look around on ebay for replacements.
