Looking at the recent charts something unusual is expected to occur on Monday 18 April. A Cold Front is expected to affect Perth!

Very heavy rain and mighty gusts in Balcatta area. A 10 second period of at least 75-80kmh + winds, then it stop raining immediately and back to calm.
