42 mm of rain here in Bayonet Head - Albany to 7 am
40.2 mm at the airport

thunderstorms here from just after 4 am to about 6:30 am

Lots of liquid sunshine this week. There was 14 mm in the rain gauge this morning at 9.00 am. This makes the total for April 51.5 mm.

There has obviously been a major failure of the Northern Suburbs force field this week.

another 8 1/2 mm to make 50 1/2 in total so far for that ex-TC
which is now a low to the SE of Albany
looks like more rain today

The Oficcial recording for Colie was 50mm. My 2 Rain Guages recorded 62mm--Six other People around town and Allanson also recorded between 60--63MM.

There have regularl showers coming through in the last 2 hours and there is a significant field of showers approaching from the SW on Perth Radar.

11.5 mm today which makes the total since Monday night in my rain gauge of 64 mm.

4 mm to 7am at Bayonet Head - Albany
5.2 mm at BoM @ Albany Airport to 7 am

just looking at the latest Indian ocean map and there is, what appears to be, a nasty little sawn-off low

It's open burn off time now. There'll be lots of people burning off so there'll be lots of smoke all over the place for the next month or two.

Awaiting for the day the wind isn't coming from the east. Seems the thick of the smoke is stuck around Warwick, south of Balcatta its fine, north of Kingsley its fine.
