Will be at Bindoon from midday tomorrow. So will have an eye there if anything forms.

Not sure if its just echos or some cell have developed south of Dongara moving south.

Me and Tom will be heading out this morning toward the Northam area. Hopefully meet Adam and others out there somewhere. If it builds back towards the city we can head back, modelling seems to have changed slightly overnight

This mornings soundings for Meekatharra, Kalgoorlie, Esperance and Perth. Nice CAPE for Meeka and Kal, not bad wind shear for Esperance. There will be afternoon soundings to come, looking forward to them!

Hi all,

Little out of the loop with the latest lightning trackers and models. Can anyone share some links? I've been watching BSCH Stormcast and Meteye but see that Tkup's lightning tracker is down?

Weatherzone has a good simple tracker. That's what I usually check.

Any tips for chasing this arvo?? Debating hanging around the metro or head toward northam?

Ive changed my mind. Cloud is thickening up here and forecast says Storm likely and it does look promising going by satpic so why chase when you can wait for storms to arrive to you. Will assess again at 1pm to see if it worth going to Northam.

Although if I stuck with my original area of Bindoon I would get some weather. Very confident Perth will get some rain very soon.
