Well over 25 mm in my rain gauge won't know exactly how much until 9.00 am tomorrow. Rain was down to drizzle when I checked the rain gauge.

My garden was getting rather dry until about 1.00 pm today when the first deluge arrived.

Upto 36mm in the Mount Lawley gauge now, as of 9.45pm. The front does not seem to have moved in recent hours. I reckon we could be on for a 50+mm fall by 9am tomorrow. Very impressive.

And the cloud keeps filling in from the west...that's quite a stream feeding it moisture. I don't think it will stop soon, there's another suspicious looking patch on the sat pic that the radar isn't reaching at the moment, too.

Looking at the water inside overflow area of my rain gauge I think the total could be near 50 mm.

Currently we are experiencing Albanian weather i.e. severe drizzle is occurring.

Amazing how the tail of the front is still wagging over the SW. Heard reports of Wellington Dam will probably in overflow next week. Very nice indeed.

We are getting a nice shower. Not heavy but enough to hear on the patio roof.

Seem to have a rain ceiling around the low 40mms range here. Fourth time this year it's stopped in that range - got 41mm. Pretty good, all the same!

Ended up being 109mm in Donnybrook according to the news. One of the smaller bridges( argyle rd) halfway between Donnybrook and Boyanup was still under a bit of water at 10.05 and was closed until around 11am this morning.

You guys can access the features of Oscilmet by registering and getting up to your elbows in it.

or can go to http://www.theweatherchaser.com/radar-loop/ , no sign up required for radar loops and it goes back further than 2 weeks worth of images which Oscilmet offers.

Well I'm missing it all down there, sunny and uneventful here in Exmouth lol

Talk about August average rainfall catch up and beyond for some places!
