Just heard on 720 6WF that there is hail in Roleystone.

Today has about 2C cooler in Perth than forecast which has resulted in a really pleasant day. Maximum for Mt Lawley was 22.6C against a forecast of 26C.

Whilst waiting for storms I thought I'd put some words together on "How to photograph lightning", with some (hopefully) helpful tips to give folks a chance of capturing a bolt or two in the next few weeks

During my morning walk I encountered a full blown deluge of photons but that was only because it was bright and sunny. ;) ;) ;)

Meteye has potential thunderstorms off shore Sunday night at this stage and then lurking over the metro area and the majority of the SWLD over Monday, keen for some activity, hopefully it comes off.
