Seems there are a few off to the NW as well. I wouldn't mind a few bumps/rumbles in the night. :D

A bit of hype by some about the storm potential. Got peeps perhaps thinking its a major storm event soon.
It just isn't.
A regular old overcast day with the ever beautiful sound of thunder rolling through that gorgeous sky.

Setting up for some rain to the West. Should grow wheat in the ocean, that's where it rains all the time.

Quite a complex low (by WA standards) developing over the SW.

My guess is that it'll hit about 6am. I think the best of the Wx will rotate off to the south before it crosses the coast (but that's just me guess - I'm only a rank amateur at best! :-B Love to see a full core hit Perth one day... been ages since we got decent storms and hail!

Perth never had benefited much from these complex low systems. Think Thursday will bring more rain.

Comments like that usually result in record rainfall, so thankyou! Bucketing down south of the river at the moment, just had a close flash of lightning and thunder.

Heard a bit of a rumble from the storm just heading over southern suburbs all the way up here in Dianella! (about 7:45pm) must have been a decent burp to have heard it this far away! :)
