Yeah it is the contrail from a jet. the wobble would come from a higher wind speed in that spot. I love driving to Gero and you see so many! That strip is like a freeway for passanger jets :)

That was the airbus A380. I took a pic of that too. they seemed to re-align their path or sommit.

haha, yeah somethings gone wrong.
I get the odd army jets flying over. pretty cool watching them for .5 of second ha.. naah not that bad.

Hey Lert, I got this shot on Friday on the phone.
A little Alto Cu with some cirrus streeming of the top. Must have been really cold up there.

Yep, a lot of cirrus around the last few days..

The cirrus actually falls from the alto cu in the form of ice crystals and gets wisked away by the upper winds.

no it was someone from another non related forum. They had a friend who shot it. Apparently it took him ages to get a good shot of the lightning.
