I wish perth had had the 65mm.... and the wheatbelt could have had the 6mm that perth got....

jandakot got only 1mm :(

those storms were a fizzer for perth.

Yeh a bit of a fizzer, but they were never really forecast to have much of a chance of hitting Perth. So ill give that one to the BOM

They were pretty to look at yesterday arvo at sunset though werent they.

Well I got 2.7mm out of out. There are some light showers about at the moment. The total for October doesn;t look like it;s going to get over 35 mm (I have 30.4 at the moment).

So that makes it 3 months (August, September and October) of below average rainfall....

(though september and this month were close to average)

Don't turn your retic on just yet !

there are showers predicted for most of next week and below average temps too
much below the average of 27 for november....:mrgreen:

A low looks like developing on monday/ tuesday

and a cold front later on wednesday.

Will be interested to see how much we can get and add to the november total... and to the more important yearly total.

I wonder if we will have a wet cool summer like we did i think a few years back... the coolest in 60 years...

I am thinking it will just be average and wet, though it depends on if the east coast gets the la nina doesn't it as to if it going to a scorcher like last year.

Just to wrap up the month I got 48.7mm all up.
2013 rainfall: 910.1mm
August: 138.7 mm to 30th 2014 YTD: 687.7 mm
