Ah they use all this high tech rail construction. I know when it gets cold and the rail contracts, it goes off with a bang when it breaks 10 feet from you. Esspecially when it is 2AM, pitch black, very quiet and you are supposed to be the only thing within cooeee making any noise. Time to change underwear!!!!

Actually, last nite I went back towards the coast and never seen lightning activity like I saw last nite. Spend 6 wet seasons in the Kimberley and last nite made the monsoons look a little boring. Didnt get any pics.......to busy diving for cover.

Looking at the forecast model charts, Ex-Tropical Cyclone Neville might be one the watch from next week. It looks like doing a 'Steve' and moving across the Top End towards the Kimberley.
